Logistics Range & Delivery Time

* Please Note: Dynam RC's UK warehouse is on, the delivery time will take about 2–3 working days, excluding weekends. — Dynam planes are Free Shipping to the UK (VAT included).

Dynam RC supports worldwide shipping. We offer fast shipping to UK. Preparing Time: we need 1-2 working days (Mon-Fri) to prepare your order according to our numerous daily orders. Free shipping on orders over £79 (only for small size Spare Parts except fuselage and wings)

Shipping Method: Shipping Method: DHL, Evri, UPS, EMS, and DPD. Dynam planes ship from our UK warehouse; Dynam parts ship from the Dynam factory.

Delivery time: Before we ship your order, Dynam RC has to prepare your products, do strict quality-control tests, and carefully package the items. The time it takes to prepare your items for shipping is separate from the delivery time. Thank you for understanding!

The parcel will be sent out from UK warehouse within 48 hours once the orders are made. At the same time, an informed email will be in your email box once the parcel is out.

Asking for forgiveness for any inconvenience
The shipping time is up to multiple factors, like the destination country, customs, weather, Etc., which is hard to control. We are working on this all the time to improve it.

Notice for express shipping

  • Require the correct telephone number, postcode, and accurate address.
  • Any loss caused by inaccurate shipping information and unavailable contact by phone and email is your responsibility. The shipping company will contact you after the package arrives in your city and arrange delivery to your address. Usually, it will take about 3 days. If they can't reach you, the express shipping company will dispose of the package. And all the loss is on you. So make sure your address and telephone number are accurate.

  • Dynam RC is not responsible for any customs VAT.
  • Dynam RC will do our best to avoid or lower VAT.
