How to order?

Do you have a minimum spend?

No, we do not have a minimum spend here.

Can I return my product?

We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Just email us directly and we’ll take you through the process.

Can I get more information about your products?

The product page for every item includes version, a detailed description, and plenty of images. If there is anything further information, feel free to contact us, and we will do our best to satisfy you.

How to get and use coupon codes?

Registering an account will give you our special coupon code during the promotion period.
Enter your coupon code on the cart page and click "apply coupon".

Can I cancel an item from my order?

We can cancel an item from your order within 24 hours. You must contact us immediately after placing your order; otherwise, it will be shipped out.

Can I add an item to my order after placing an order?

Yes, you can. Don't hesitate to contact us or place a new order.

I have received my order, but one item is missing. What should I do?

Please get in touch with us. We will investigate this matter with our warehouse.

If the item I received is damaged, what should I do?

Please get in touch with us. We will resend the item or refund you.

If the item I received I do not like, can I return it?

Yes, within 30 days after receipt, you can contact us and return it. But you have to pay the shipping charge.

Is it safe to pay?

We take security very seriously, so your details will be safe with us.

All credit and debit cardholders are subject to validation and authorization by us and the card issuer to maintain security and prevent fraud.

We securely store any information you give us using high-level SSL encryption technology – the most advanced security software currently available for online transactions.

What payment method do you accept?

We accept PayPal and credit cards.

What is the exchange rate for overseas orders?

We charge your orders in GBP. Your card issuer will apply this exchange rate when debiting your payment.

Shipping

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship all over the world. Dynam RC ships to a variety of international countries. We offer fast shipping to UK,Europe, Asia, America, Oceania, and Africa.

Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.

How long will it take to get my order?

It depends on your location. Once payment is made, we will ship within two business days. For delivery times to your country, please refer to the Shipping Policy.

It takes a certain number of business days to deliver your order. Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. This time includes the processing time and shipping time of the order.

How do I know if my order shipped out or not?

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with the tracking number as soon as your order is shipped. Also, you can sign in to your account to check or track your order status by entering your registered email address.

Can I change the shipping address for my order?

If your order hasn't been shipped, contact our customer service to change it.

Will I be charged CUSTOMS and IMPORT CHARGES?

Customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. The recipient of the parcel must pay these charges. We will try our best to avoid or lower the customs tax.

We can't control the customs charge and cannot advise the cost since customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. You can contact your local customs office for current charges before ordering.


Returns and Refunds

I received the items already 15 days. Can I return them now?

Before any return, please agree to our return policy first and then contact our custom service team.

How can I return an item?

Do I have to pay for the return?

If returned because of a fault of Dynam RC, such as an item damaged, wrong size, or color, Dynam RC will pay for the return shipping. Otherwise, the customer has to pay the round-trip shipping fee.

Have you received my returned items?

As our warehouse has processed your return, we'll let you know. If you don't receive this email within 20 days of posting your parcel to us, please get in touch with us, and we'll get back to you within 24 hours.

How long will I receive the refund if I return an item?

After receiving your returns, we will deal with them within 24 hours. PayPal's refund is usually within 24 hours. Credit Card refund may take 2-10 working days to your account.

How to exchange?

If you want to exchange, please get in touch with our customer service first.

Faulty goods

If the goods have faulty and there is an issue with your order when you get the parcel, contact us within 24 hours!

Please enclose the picture and tell us the details of the issue. We will check and solve it for you as soon as possible.
